TEACHER EXCHANGES

Teachers who have participated in exchanges between the Norlys institutions have taught students, presented the results of their own research both at institutions and health care organisations, and worked with teachers at the other institutions to develop common courses. This cooperation has become more goaldirected and effective over the years. It is of great importance to provide teachers with the opportunity to work with their colleagues in the same speciality, and to develop teaching and research projects. Collaboration through the Norlys network has brought about a partnership between clinical teachers interested in teaching methods and Problem Based Learning. The same has happened with teachers who supervise research-based final projects for a B.A. or a B.S. degree in nursing. Further aim is to develop cooperation in master programmes as well.
